I shared things a few things I listened to and read this week.
Give people your best, but don’t carry the weight of their choices.
You can’t have an attitude beyond your belief.
Excellence will cost you what mediocrity will save you.
Excellent people don’t try to be first they try to be excellent.
Integrity is integration of your words with your behavior. What you say and do are suppose to be consistent.
If you’re going to be a person of excellence in Leadership, you must integrate your words with your action.

I ran the 4 legs yesterday afternoon. I changed up the out and back with two loops Downtown Aurora. Others would off kept it simple, I kept it me. I posted the routes on slack yesterday evening yet failed to see it from a newer PAX’s perspective. I wished I would off done a better job in my communication.
I was so fired up for today that I busted a Ronda Rousey and jumped in the shower at 4:10am. Urkel said he would push me so I wanted to be as awake as possible. I knew he’d get me on the merkins yet I was confident I’d smoke him on the run. Adrenaline was pumping high & I was pretty fired up!
I learned a lot Q-ing IPC. A simple plan would be better for those who’s time is important.
Most PAX were working in a buddy system (which I loved) a PAX texted me today expressing how One Bar kept him in the game. Richard Simmons absolutely crushed it. He won FIRST place by a long shot. I came in second and Urkel & Boxcutter came in 3rd & 4th. Cutter was eating those merkins for breakfast yet ran a couple unnecessary loops. Sun Devil skipped 0600 rituals because he wanted to FINISH (not surprised) He is the epitome of EXCELLENCE plus I didn’t have to give him instructions he came prepared.
I noticed Mr Mago, Door Dash, Forest Gump, Paint by #’s, OCD, Baby Gloss, & Dr. Suess not registered in F3Naperville.com.
I will add them.
