The Thang
Thang 1, Hamburger Hill:
Forward run up, down the side and back up with Bernie Sanders, rinse and repeat for 8 minutes, felt like 18 to be honest.
PAX formed 2 lines and made an Indian Run to the park maintenance department
Thang 2: Bucket Brigade: filled buckets with gravel, partnered up. Partner 1 carried around the building while partner 2 held plank in various positions, rinse and repeat for 8 minutes
PAX formed 2 lines and made an Indian Run to the football stadium, where they were hit in the face with a beat down that left people breathless and some PAX singing, actually singing.
Thang 3, Murder Bunnies 50 yards out, 50 yards back, Jerry Cans 50 yards out, 50 yards back, Multi Rig with the Rings across, 100 Yard Crawl Bears, football goal post traverse and back to the damn Murder Bunnies, Rinse and Repeat because it was rainy and sloppy.

COT: Prayed for Appletini’s younger brother. Prayed and thanked God for what we have and to protect our country.
Talked about how F3 was more than just a work out, it is a lifestyle. Acknowledged the sacrifices we make each day to get after it in the gloom and we are all better together for it. Use our leadership skills and make an impact in our community. If we all do this, collectively the impact will be felt, like a ripple across a pond.
Talked about how Frontline is about these same sacrifices made by the frontline men and women and how to them, this is a lifestyle, much like F3 and how the two go hand in hand.
It was a damn good one for sure.
