Introduction

Long Night for me with F324, arrived early around 5:40am, set up field, PAX doing EC pre ruck were arriving just as I was finishing.  Temperature was definately dropping

  • Broad Jump 10 yards
  • 10 Burpees, 10 Bonnie Blairs, 10 Big Boys
  • Broad Jump another 10 yards
  • 10 Burpees, 10 Bonnie Blairs, 10 Big Boys
  • Broad Jump another 10 yards
  • 10 Burpees, 10 Bonnie Blairs, 10 Big Boys

This is done on same field as the Killer B’s.  Start at First Cone, 1 Merkin, Bear Crawl to Second Cone 10 4 count Monkey Humpers, Immediately Do 1 Air Squat, crab crawl to third Cone do 10 4 count Grady Corns, Run Back to start and Do next number of Merkins, Bear Crawl, do next number 4 count Monkey Humpers, Immediately do Next number Squat, Crab Crawl Do next number of 4 count Grady Corns, run back to start, keep going until 11’s complete

Circle of Trust

As many of you know, I did the first 5 workouts of F324 today, came here did a Pre-ruck then Q’d this exercise.  I didnt do it for points or reindeer games, I did it because I wanted to see mentally if I could do it, I wanted to challenge myself.  Physically I knew I could do it, Mentally I needed to know.  we come out here and we push ourselves physically, we dont always push ourselves mentally.  I have been doing alot of that lately, reading more, researching things I dont understand, just trying to get mentally tougher.  I challenge you all to do the same, challenge yourself mentally.  Sorry this is short but I am tired
