Introduction
Very Windy and cool morning at the Iron Lion with Daisy hitting the trails early to get his Ruck in. All other pax arrived and had some great Mumblechatter prior to Warming up. Laughs and eyes were rolled as I combined the core principles in a crazy conglomeration of 3 core principles. I guess I was just too excited to start.

Short Intro to DORA and Knot Tying Station
Crews were introduced to two useful knots so a short instruction was given about tying a BOLINE and A HAND CUFF Knot. All had some laughs and many attempts were had to gain proficiency.
DORA: Special Exchanges – Must “Russian Dance” 10 times prior to Releasing Partner. One Partner runs to Knot tying station while other member does the THANF>

Circle of Trust
I thanked everyone for their support as I am presented with an opportunity at work. I talked about getting out of comfort zones when challenges arise in case the change is frightening. F3 has developed and challenges many men in the community and has allowed leaders to test their skills as well as learn new skills. It has also let PAX who don’t normally lead, get better at it with the support of many of the men in the group. Gratitude and respect was given to all that come out to join me.
Prayers for Cowbell’s sister, Boy Sandwich, Hot Box, Turkey, and Ukraine. Quite moment of silence and then a prayer my kids say:
