Thang 1

Mosey to the island. 2 sets of the following:

Curls, overhead, squat, chest press. Round 1= 10 reps Round 2= 15 reps.

Thang 2

10 Merkins; ring of fire.
20 Step ups.
20 Dips.
15 Merkins; ring of fire.
Mosey around path.

Thang 3

Dora. Run to top of hill. 100 squats per pair and 150 side stratel hops.
