Introduction
Noticed the 1 hour long run club which really attracted me. Seen a bunch of guys stepping up to lead and regular turn outs and thought these are my people! I am a big fan of long runs and glad we are gradually stepping up our run club game.

Very grateful to have an opportunity to lead over at the Iron Lion. Love the people of F3 and the guys at Iron Lion are no exception. All quality dudes who build each other up and still remain humble. Glass Joe had a six pack big props to him. Patchouli is doing some tough 75 commitment, big respect for that one. Prayers for wisdom for all the guys.

Some one ripped the loudest fart I have ever heard during Mary. I couldn’t even do Cadence after that, it ruptured the space/time continuum. Ran most of the time with Blues Clues. How can he run so fast and still carry on a good conversation, that guy is a beast. Anyways I really had a blast and big prayers to the guys out at Iron Lion. I got real high expectations for those guys and I think we will see some real amazing stuff coming out from there soon.
