The Scene: A little chilly but YHC planned to keep the PAX moving so they won’t be cold. After setup, I had 2 minutes to spare to see 4 other guys ready to roll.

Mosey to nearby bridge
Apple Turnover – bear crawl across bridge one way, then flip and crab walk across bridge the other way – hold People’s chair for the six
Rebel Run to football field
Gunners – 10 American Hammers IC, 5 Burpees, sprint 50 yards (lighted cones), repeat, sprint to other goal line, repeat.
Mosey to Basketball courts
Indian Bear Crawl the long length of the court
Chilly Broad Jumps – PAX drop to low plank. Man at one end of the line begins broad jumping over the legs of each PAX until the end and then assumes the same position.
Mosey back to the parking lot for…Recover, Recover. It’s 6AM.

Be grateful for what you have. Be kind to your family. I’ve been struggling with agitation and general grumpiness and letting it spill over into snapping at my kids. I need to be better.
Yesterday was very busy with outside yard work and decorating for Christmas. I let my preconceived notions of how long I should take outside cloud the rest of the evening.
