Introduction
About time I take the long drive to the Mammoth. Of course I picked a terrible time, as it was strongly snowing and super slippery. So had to adjust on the fly for conditions and safety.

Unintended consequences
We are going through a large amount of change in F3 Naperville. This is akin to when out brothers to the south split off two years ago. BUT . . . an unintended consequence of that was we simply dont see a lot of those HIMs anymore, and vice versa . . we dont go there enough either.
We have a tight group in F3 Naperville. So dont let the unintended consequence of different communication channels, difference slack channels, etc prevent you from making the effort to visit those other AOs and maintain that snese of brotherhood Because the further down the path you go, the less likely you are to make that effort in the future and those bonds weaken.
Our diversity makes us stronger. Having a smaller and smaller circle of AOs and the same PAX can cause us to be insular and repetitive with Qs and ideas.
This is not to say that the changes are bad in the slightest. They arent! Just learn from the unintended consequences that occurred after Plainfield split off, and do your part to maintain the brotherhood we have in our great region(s).
