THE SCENE: A beautiful and comfortable 60 degree morning. Arrived just in time to show up for the Q. Awesome to see 17 other brave souls get up for the run this morning.

The Thang
We ran the trail next to the BP AO. Each PAX had choice to run either that route or to run within the AO. Each PAX had varying distances travels from 3 miles to 4.5 miles.

Today, we prayed for all DJ Sump Pump’s close friend who lost his life, DJ Blaze. We also prayed for a family friend who most recently had heart surgery. Prayers that this young girl quickly recovers.
