The Thang

Thang 1:

11’s with Thrusters and Blockees. Spaced about 25 yards apart. After finishing 1 thruster, move 25 yards to the other cone doing Murder Bunnies, then complete 10 Blockees.  Once Blockees are complete, walk 25 yards back to the first cone while doing John Cusacks with your coupon.  Rinse and repeat until you reach 10 Thrusters and 1 Blockee.

Thang 2:  Partner up and mosey to the pavilion(about 1/2 mile).  Once there, complete in cadence:

20 Dips

20 Box Jumps

20 Big Boy Situps

Mosey back to the flag.

Mary:  American Hammers, Flutter Kicks, Superman’s, Boxcutters, LBC’s.

Circle of Trust

Quick message for CoT today:  Reach out to your friend, neighbor, family member or whomever you enjoy posting with and EH him to come join us.  We had an amazing May highlighted by Lincoln Games where we drew 250 PAX/day and the energy was infectious.  Understandably so, we were all tired the next week and numbers dropped off.  Keep in mind we’re to make each other better, to improve ourselves just a little bit each day.  Be a HIM and do the same for the other PAX…get them off the couch, out of bed, etc. and encourage each other to get a little better every day. Aye.

Prayers for those in Texas that are still dealing with the school shooting last week, those in Ukraine and in need of food and shelter, and for Columbus’ stepmom and family.

Naked Man Moleskin

Great morning and group of HIM’s!  It was a humid day with a lot of rain just a couple of hours before we started at 5:15 AM.  The plan was to complete the 11’s and then run to the hill for a mini-Dora, but the grass was just too wet and I didn’t want us to ruin the fields or hill.

As it turned out, the 11’s took longer than I thought they would, so we modified and ran to the pavilion instead.  Thank you to the 15 men that joined us this morning!
