Introduction
Next stop – Iron Lion. I was pretty excited to Q at the IL as I continue to conquer my goal. I was so excited that I miscalculated by drive to Lisle from Sugar Grove. However, I did get there two minutes before Go Time. All HIM’s were there and ready to roll. Curds came in hot but that didn’t matter. That guy has a motor on him (more on that later).

We then grabbed our coupons and mosey’d over to the hill. Didn’t realize how far it was especially running with the coupon. Doesn’t matter though. We had to do it.

Between each exercise you will bear crawl up the hill and run back down.
Received a good 400 calorie burn for this lovely morning. Sweat was dripping, HIM’s were breathing hard but they loved it. Just what the doctor ordered for us today.
Cousin Eddie had the six and gave me a 5:50 warning as it took us about 4 minutes to mosey over. Curds was close to finishing. 40 short on the chest press. Great job brother. All other PAX were at the Derkins and getting close.
Circle of Trust
Continue to get out of our comfort zone. Personal goal of mine. I reminded the HIM’s as well to get out of there comfort zone. Travel to other AO’s and meet more brothers. We have close to 1500 HIM’s in F3 Naperville. Even if I don’t get to know each of them personally, I want them to know who I am and that we have had a chance to meet. You never know when you’ll need a helping hand or giving a helping hand. This is what we do.
There were many prayer requests for our brothers as I couldn’t remember them all. However, the lord will place hands on each and everyone of them and he will continue to bless them along with there families.
Lord continue to speak words of affirmation, assurance and wisdom over our hearts as we prepare to go into our day. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
