Introduction
Men came ready to go, showed heart in this cold. We didn’t feel the cold bc we were moving!
Warm-O-Rama
Started with a quick side straddle hop and high knees then mosy’d over to the parking garage
The Thang
Main exercises was a tight huddle with a 60lb sandbag and “bag tossed” around the tight circle staying in rhythm and switching direction sometimes at surprise of direction switch.
We then climbed stairs to the top of parking garage continuing with the bag toss and staying together.
Continued down and up the parking garage with stations of workouts.
Circle of Trust
Reminding ourselves to stay ready so when things come that are out of our control can be handled without feeling overwhelmed. It’s up to us to submit to our source and creator for our strength and guidance!
