Billed as a work out to keep PAX on the move. Slack turned it into Weird Wednesday. Workout was not as weird as Chazz wanted.

Mosey with some skips and Buttermaker leg jobbers (leg swings).

Mosey to the Hill for an up and over 3 man Dora

Jump Rope on side A

Side B

150 Squat jumps

250 Burps (merkins bringing your hands to your feet between)

400 Flutter kicks

Reverse Indian Run back to the flags with a burpee for lead, long way around

Mary – Plank Ring of Fire

Each PAX called work and cadence. Held plank between each exercise

Didn’t get as weird as billed on Slack channel. Sorry to disappoint Chazz, but still think it was a good workout nonetheless.
