Read ‘father forgets’. Poem about a dad putting putting his son to task. Then realizing he has been in the habit of expecting his son to act like an adult when he’s just a kid. I do that sometimes too with my boys. Need to expect them to act like kids and learn and grow. Not to act like an adult at their ages.
