Stop at the ninja course for partner 20/20 pull-ups/merkins 2 for 2., up the path, incline chest press/bent over rows, top of the hill, 11s (chest press/upright rows) on the stairs, mosey to the tennis courts, seal claps 25, OHP 25, air press 25, star claps 25, mosey to the flags.

Naked Man Moleskin

PAX commented during WaR that it was like I had a stroke as I was messing up the count and slurring a bit.  I laughed it off but actually I was on the tail end of a 2+ day migraine that was just clearing.  Anyway, a workout needed to be done.

We met a sand bag that doubled as a banana hammock.

C-Bus brought his usual mumblechatter.

Snakes on a Plane busted his butt.

Rx is full go. Always.

It was a good workout.  Happy I came out for the AOVQ.  I will try to get back more.
