Introduction
Nothing cute or clever. Wednesday are for working.
No coupons, shoes for moving on grass.

The Thang
Run to the 4 Lakes Ski
Standard/Diamond/Ranger Merkins at the bottom.
Indian walk up the hill. and back down
Flamingo squats (1 legged, touch the ground)
Interval up the hill. at each lightpost, a new exercise, either a merkin or a big boy.
Group split in half, some guys did the stairs on the backside of the hill, and the other group went down/up on the ski hill. Then groups flipped.
Mosey back to the flags.
Mary: Crunchyfrogs (IC), Mountain climbers, merkins (30), big boy get ups (15), variations of plank (including bjorn’s low pushup position plank jack)
Circle of Trust
Coming off a weekend race event (Frontline OCR) that life circumstances forced me to skip and I was a little down Monday/Tuesday. This year has been hard (under-statement), and it really caught up with me this week.

I asked that everyone be aware of the silent strain that this is having on everyone, and do a check-in with the ones you love. They may be down and not even realize it.

There’s been some new blood at the Lion and some of them hadn’t been to the hill yet.
I think running that hill is so humbling and I enjoy that aspect so much.
However, this was a really athletic group, so I might have punished myself the worst…..
