Introduction
Welcome to Mondays Run club @ La Luz! Started warm up with some straddle hops, High knees, Butt kickers. We did 25 of each. Then we did some stretches. After instructions were given, run down the trail towards Illinois Ave. Loop back to the flags at 5:40AM. Around 5:55 the pax were all mostly back. We did suicides till 6am. Recover Recover!! Before COT we gave claps to all pax who did GrowRuck! Ended with prayers. Chihuahua signing off!

The Thang
Ran down The trail towards Illinois Ave. Push yourself and loop back at 5:40am. All pax made it by 5:55 we ran suicides till 6am.
Circle of Trust
My Cot was based upon effort and accountability. Past weeks I’ve had a few farts sacks. The pax have messaged me holding me responsible to honor my HC. When I came to F3 it was much more of fitness improvement. Down the road I also kept maturing on keeping my word on all commitments made in and outside of F3. Prayers to all marriages, Julie Algorithms sister in law. Subways M on a successful surgery and speedy recovery.
