I began following Scott in IG a month or so ago and he does these “Friendly reminder” reels.
This one came up a few weeks back and it stuck.
I shared an example on how this weekend my friend Saul shared equal responsibility on our Boyz day out and I didn’t have to say shhhhhh. Hang out with folks who are fair. We’re not responsible for other adults to cover their fair share. Speak up and set boundaries or stay quite and get taken advantaged of.

I picked this Q to keep me accountable after an eventful Father’s Day weekend. Today’s run was a grind. I appreciate WP pushing me this AM. Shout out to Kapusta with his SOLO EC. I would of joined him yet my goal was to be on time. To get to La Luz on time I have to leave home at 0450. I pulled in the lot and Beast Man Subway was ready to rock and roll. The Monday crew started rolling in with Initech, Cataracts and Iced Tea. Iced Tea gave me some encouraging words during AAR and I appreciated them. My brother RoadTrip with the solid keeping La Luz running with SQ duties. It’s hard to carry the weight of the AO when so many PAX are unwilling to serve. Hey, Mama never said Leading was easy. Good thing we don’t get up for easy. Overall a beautiful morning in the City we LOVE. Grateful for another day!
