Each PAX in own parking spot lane. Merkin position on one side of a parking bumper. Perform one merkin, curb walk to other side of parking bumper and perform another merkin. Back and forth to complete 10 merkins. After 10 merkins, bear crawls to opposite parking bumper and perform 25 Big Boy Situps. Bear crawl back to starting position. Rinse and repeat 5 times.
