Introduction
Roadhouse inspired Q and CoT, clown car full of IL regulars, many others ventured out on this fine breezy day to see Holy Hill for the first time.

The Thang
Thang 1 – The Dalton:
25 Merkins, 25 curls, 25 overhead press
Run 1/4 mile at 75%
20 slow coupon squats, 12 Monkeys (12 monkey humpers, 12 gorilla humpers, 12 silver back humpers)
Run 1/4 mile at 80% with partner to race
20 partner merkins, 20 partner squats
Indian run 1/4 mile
15 wood choppers on each arm
Thang 2 – The Double Duece
Bottom of the hill, 11 burpees, spring to top, top of the hill 11 partner big boys (lock ankles). Repeat with 10 burpees at bottom of the hill, 12 partner big boys and so on. We made it 6 burpees at the bottom before time expired. Unfinished business to come

The energy at Holy Hill this past Thursday was electric, woke up the neighbors actually. 16 Pax rallied in a clown car to experience HH for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. Hard to see in the gloom, but heard a story of some puking and continuing on (awesome push), Aflac is fast, TBD doesn’t like wind, its hard to say “burpees” when your jaw is frozen, Jackie Chiles pays for his tardiness, that Name-o-Rama was lit, and you can wear shorts all year long. Get some!
