We ran loops until 7:30am. PAX were encouraged to Run, Ruck, Ruffle, Bike, etc. Just get some movement improvement in today.

I shared with the PAX how earlier in the week my left heel inflamed and I was on crutches for a couple days, allowing it to rest.
I couldn’t walk much and definitely could not run. That helped, Advil + ice too, and I got ready to hit a 10 miler today.
I’m guilty of not allowing my body to rest enough and I’m also working to improve that.
The message to leave behind is “stress + rest = growth”
Stress your physical self to a stretched point of discomfort…then rest yourself so you’re also ready ahead….this will lead to greater growth over time.
