Introduction
Unbeknownst to me, I named this workout, “The Bumble” which turns out to be a hook up app lead by women. Who knew??

The one and only Thang! With a weighted vest of 16# or greater. This was a mock obstacle course race to prepare for the ATR on Saturday. About 17 HIMs are attending this event.

40 yards of Burpee Broadjumps
200 yard Jerry Can Farmer’s carry ( staying on topic for hook up apps, “Farmers Only” Farmers Carry)
100 Yard Polar Bear Crawls; no different than normal brown bear crawls or even Pandas
Stair case run with a loop
20 Wreckbag tosses
120# rope and sled drag for distance
1/2 mile run
