Circle of Trust

CoT was about the recent struggles that I’ve been having with aging.  Its been most evident in the sports that I’ve been playing.  It’s sad to know that you already peaked at some things that you love doing.

This is no answer and no solution.  Except to come to terms with it.  We get older, so that our kids can get older.

But have a little kindness and a little extra sympathy for your elders.  They are coming to terms with the same things that we are.

That kid’s long gone, this old man is all that’s left, and I have to live with that ~Ellis Redding

Naked Man Moleskin

Coming into a group like we had, makes everything easier.  Dudes are ready to work and have answer attitudes.

I like to lead these style of Q’s, but they can get a little sloppy.  I tried to focus on slowing down, giving good instructions, and waiting for questions.  Doesn’t take much time, but can greatly improve a PAX’s understanding and engagement with the workout.

Having a morning like this, makes the day that much better.  It’s an attitude changer.
