“Friendly” Competition
PAX were split into two teams.
2 deck of cards, with Jokers, were placed in a bin in the middle. Color and number determined type and number of exercise. If a Joker was drawn the opposing had to stop what they were doing and complete 20 Merkins each in order to continue.
5 minute rounds
Each PAX completed 5 Man Makers for the ability to take a card.
Round One – AYG to bag, AYG back
Red – Diamond Merks, Black – Big Boys
Round 2 – Lunge Walk to bag, AYG Back
Red – LBCs x2, Black – Bobby Hurleys x2
Round 3 – Bear Crawl to bag, AYG back
Red – Bonnie Blairs (1/2 each leg), Black – LBCs x2
Round 4 – AYG to bag, AYG back
Red – Burpees, Black – Burpees
Round 5 – Bear Crawl to bag, AYG back
Red – Diamond Merks, Black – Bobby Hurleys x2
Team with the most cards at the end of each round wins respective round.

Round 1 went to Team 1, Round 2 to Team 2, Round 3 to Team 1, Round 4 to Team 2, and Round 5 to Team 2 for the win.
