Moment of silence for Cardinal.

Gloop’s COT last week talked about being accountable for your goals and sharing them.  My goal for this year is to reduce my “mantrums” or “dadtrums” as my family calls it when I get angry.  I’ve really been focusing on not letting things bother me and walking away / taking a break.  So far so good this year…only one slip up so far. and it wasn’t my fault 🙂

I had planned a different workout but pivoted when I read the post about the Cardinal last night.  What a tragic loss.  I’m glad I could help honor him in some fashion.  His VQ was pretty easily modified into what I was going to do anyway.

Thanks for the 6 PAX that joined me today. Nice small group to grind this one out with.  It was harder than I thought it was going to be and those last 20 burpees got me!
