Introduction

It’s Saturday morning at EIL, my favorite post of the week!  We’ll get out some toys, try some new things, and make it competitive.  I promise we’ll :fire: plenty of calories to get you started on your weekend. Coupons and shoes for all occasions.

Warm-O-Rama

Motivators from 5/Tappy Taps/Arm Circles

The Thang

Thang 1 – 3 PAX lined up at the end of parking stalls on one side then 4 PA at the end of stalls on the other.  The 18lbs medicine ball was thrusted back and forth.  After thrusting PAX ran to the end of the line and did 2 burpees while waiting for the ball to work its way back to them.  We did this all the way down to the end of the lot.  Due to numbers and time we increased to number of burpees to 3 on the way back.

Thang 2 – quick 2 round circuit of Tire Toss/Sandbag Squats/One armed coupon merkins/30lbs slam ball.  2 Pax per station and we rotated when the tire tossing PAX returned.  On the way back they would rifle carry the tire.

Thang 3 – PAX split in 2 teams, goal was to see how fast they could move the frisbee to the finish line.

Thang 4 – Split PAX in to 2 groups facing each other.  Passed the football back and forth and continued to move further apart.  Everyone did 2 burpees for a drop.

Thang 5 – Split PAX in to 2 teams for some sprints and tix tac toe.  If all 3 towels were placed you could then move one towel every time you sprinted to the board.

Circle of Trust

Heard something interesting on a podcast, think less about absolute solutions and more about trade-offs.  More times then not every decision, major or minor, political or personal, has some trade off, and they aren’t all bad, just things should be considered.

Continued prayers for Hotbox and Cousin Eddie’s father in law and M.

Naked Man Moleskin

We kept moving while trying new things to potentially use on a larger group.  Definitely a few things to adjust to make some of the activities run smoother.
