We ran a rebel run stopping approximately every 0.25 mi for a random Pax to pick a body weight exercise for group. Exercises accumulated as we ran.

Circle of Trust
The journey through F3 has been important in my development at F3. I picked the Thangs based off my positive experiences with Pax at Two Wolves. Bean Counter, One Eye Willy, and Bronco have been instrumental in my personal development. It’s the support and community building that makes F3 feel like home.
Naked Man Moleskin
As the days get shorter, light is an ever scarcer resource ITG. We found this out the hard way by taking a much longer route through the back of the AO. IT worked out for the best as many reliable Pax know the back roads of the AO, but I got a bit over zealous in my confidence of knowing the AO. I have much to learn as I start the Journey to Site Q TW Thursday.
