6 run to the stage (Tonka created this- similar to an Indian run) but I threw sand bags to spice it up a bit. 2 lines 45lb bag up front 25 lb in the back of the line. Every time I yell 6 the 2 pax’s at the front pass the “heavy” bag to the pax’s behind them and then they fall back to the back of the line and take over the “light” bag . We continued this rotation all the way to the stage.
once we got to the stage :
upper body beat down: not OYO I need 3 individuals to state that they are done so we can run . Every round I need another 3 pax’s to say done .
50 – Merkins – run
100 – shoulder taps – run
150 – overhead claps – run
200 – Dips – run

shield lock lunges towards the stage. Everyone locked arms and lunged 20 feet to the stage. We moved as a unit and made sure no one fell behind.
Circle of Trust
you may not be able to change the world today but you can change somebody’s world today. Let that sink in. Be careful where you are walking because others are walking behind you. Living life is so much more than you , people depend on you believe it or not. Put your pride of to the side raise your hand and ask for help when needed, have the courage to go up to your brother and intervene to correct them ( you should never apologize for correction) .
