Introduction

Barely slept all night worrying about my VQ.  Finally at the AO sitting and practicing the cadence call in the car to myself.  Its a brisk 5 degree morning according to the car.  Thinking to myself this whole tempo lifting might be a bad idea, moves a little slow for cold like this!

Circle of Trust

These past couple of weeks/months I have realized that I have not given most aspects of my life the due attention and focus which it deserves.  Jumping from task to task without much thought behind the action.  Take F3 for example, while I had attended many Qs I really didn’t pay close attention to the process, just performing the actions laid out in front of me.

So as I sat down to plan, it became apparent that I need to FOCUS and be present in the moment.  Thus the idea of the workout today was to slow down and think about the movement, make the connection between mind and body, and focus on the task.

Spend some time today, even if it is just 1 second, focusing on the importance of the task or the moment you find yourself in.

Thank you to each of the PAX that supported and encourage me.  While a few weren’t able to make it live the support from afar was appreciated.
