will host its first Ruck Club. Unlike their training ours will have no PT. I’m expecting 15ish pace. Mumble chatter highly encouraged so pack your vest, ruck or sandbag and head on West but first HC

The Thang
Simple 2-2.5 mile route into town. Some areas we can woo woo woo all we want some we have to keep quite. The route was shared on slack using Strava yesterday in case my planners wanted to preview. In all La Luz this is my favorite route for a an EC, RC, BC anything.
Line up in two lines, all sandbags in the front (they set the pace). We had a total of 6 sandbags (Thank you Riunite) 2 20lbs, 1 40lb, 1 50lb, 1 60lb, and 1 80lb. Carry as long as you can and ask for a switch. The evolution was to Ruck as fast as we could with as little separation as possible. At Water St we had to take our rucks off and pay 10 penalty burpees yet overall the PAX did great. Everyone worked together. When we would get sloppy we would recover quickly. Great leadership all around.
As we rucked back to the flags we took half a lap on the bridge cause like Road Trip said why the heck not. Blinky was itching to let loose so I called jailbreak at midpoint to the flags. That’s from the middle of the bridge to where we now plant our flags which isn’t next to the river. IYKYK

The only thing that sucked this morning was 0600. The ENERGY was electric and I selfishly didn’t want it to end. I thanked the PAX for the incredible energy they brought to the table. I’m confident Blinky feels he made the right decision coming to La Luz. The “Easy” work out, pfff. He didn’t come for that he came for the “personality” as he refers to Friday’s @ La Luz. He was being his normal BEAST self. Throw Frank The Tank in the mix and its like Loney Tunes in real life. It’s been a blessing having FTT back. His energy is unmatched. The Iron Lion Boyz in what a treat. Riunite & Mr. Nice Guy no freaking way. Without Riunite we would of had 2 sandbags. Always serving brother, thank you. Road Trip was being well you know Road Trip. Bartles and James was itching just as bad to let loose. We worked as a unit so even when we wanted to burn the tires we had to hold back for the 6. Aguila smooth and steady quietly working probably thinking “man these mofos are crazy”. Cheeks was hogging the big bags. Arnold Arnold Arnold HILARIOUSNESS OMGOODNESS Tiny Dancer in the Mix – I hope you had a good time. Sun Devill and Zumiez holding it down encouraging the PAX, One Bar wanted all the smoke, Clearcoat kept asking for the big bags almost mad at me lol, Wedding Planner was being the best SQ in the Biz thangs, Moth Man was in Marine mode trying to go in the FOX, last but definitely not least my man Bob Ross & Algorithm GETTING IT! It was an out and back, at least my version of it. If you stay ready you wont have to get ready. Thank you Men, always an Honor! This ones for you Rico’!
