The Prayer …
Dear Lord, thank you for the ability to get up, roll out of bed, the courage to make good decisions that make us better. Thank you for the strength of F³ Naperville, the strength of this brotherhood. We are Stronger Together. Please help us remember the simple process of gratitude. We pray that you give extra strength to and lift up Jeremy Baker, Randy Levine, Appletini’s friend’s son Evan, Jody Shannon and their families as they go through treatments for cancer. Please watch over the Peterson family as they rebuild what they lost in their house fire over the weekend. We pray for Toasted Coconut’s continued recovery from his knee surgery and we pray for Belay’s mom. We pray for Party Boy’s and Noonan’s families as they continue to grieve their losses

This morning I simply want to say thanks. I usually take this time to talk about how to improve or get better. You are here and you are pushing yourself together. I want to shift my focus and simply thank you for your support to make me better. I can’t get to the levels I have achieved without you. There’s no way I would push myself to the levels we reach when we workout together ITG.
