Because I’m an over thinker, as soon as I saved that Q sheet, I started getting ready. I did my best to sleep the night before at a decent time and woke up right at 4am with no alarm.
I had not intended on doing a EC but saw CVS and 1Bar manned up. I Said, “y’all not gonna EC without me at my own Q”
Pulled up right at 449 and started moving. Fargo got in a lap right before we started too.
For as much as I wanted to plan this out my mind went blank and I just went with it. I knew I wanted to get miles in for the Patriot Challenge and I know I want a 6 pack (lol) so we were gonna do abs.
Overall I racked up close to 600 calories burned and about 2 miles. Forgot to start my Strava app but a pretty solid morning.
