Introduction

Set my Alarm 10 minutes early to account for the longer drive across town.

Up in good time, dressed and out the door with all supplies by 4:50

Traffic was light, arrived at OP just after 5:00, first to arrive.

No real setup for this one so reviewed my notes one last time and hopped out of the car to Chat with @Columbus who was first to arrive.

Naked Man Moleskin

When I signed up for this Q I did not really have any idea of what I was going to do but early on it became fairly clear what I needed to do… Monkey Hummer at the top of he Bridge. I mean what else does OP have to offer. As I thought more about what to do basically the entire workout began to revolve that one thing. Of corse in the spirit of any food Blueprints Q there would be merkins a plenty and Thang 1 would pretty much be the entire workout.

 

One thing that always surprises me is how loud it is on that bridge. Even at 6:30am with relatively lite traffic below I basically had to shout to be heard. Luckily it did not affect the quality of our Monkey Humpers.

 

AAR:

Good

– Doing and explaining exercises in the warmup that would be used later was a nice touch

– Good job keeping moving and keeping pax warm

 

To Improve:

– Cadence needs work review video on F3 website – https://youtu.be/tT7afkk2toA

– “Never Miss a chance to inspire” – rather than start COT with “I have nothing” find a better way to start
