I have been reading Freed to Lead and it gave me an interesting insight to getting guys to come out. It seems the harder you say the workout is going to be, the more likely you are to get guys out. It seems counterintuitive, but that’s the type of men that are attractive to F3. We push are ourselves and each other…and we like it! It was 3 degrees out and this morning and we still had 11 PAX that came out and got better!
