The first exercise is SSH-30 IC. I like this because the count in more then usual haha. It get’s you going fast.

The next exercise is Mountain Climbers-15 IC.

 

The Thang

Let’s get it!

Since everyone was still in the circle, pick up your coupons we’ll need them for some squats on my down! We do 15 of them before we mosey to the base of the bridge. Wait for the 6th he’s IN , you know the drill another 15 squats w/coupons DONE yeahhh buddy! Keep your coupons up let’s move! For those who haven’t ran this bridge it’s always a beautiful sight looking over the river is all directions, blessed. We’re in the middle now sight seeing is over circle up! The next exercise is Box Jumps-30 on my up GO! Regroup, Squats w/coupons 15 on my down. DONE! The next exercise High Knees-15 IC.  Pick up your coupons and meet on the east side of the bridge MOVE. 

Aguila is moving like if he isn’t carrying the boats and the logs! Beast. We make it to the end of the bridge , circle up.

You guessed it Squats. To make sure we get low we placed the coupon under to touch with our butts. On my down 15 DONE! The next exercise is Bobby Hurley’s 15 on my up GO! (I was in full regret when I got to like 8 or 9 GASSED lol ) We make it to 15 and the legs are feeling the burn ohhh yeahh!

The next exercise is The Merkin-15 on my down. That’s money, DONE! 

The Bobby Hurley’s sucked so much we had to run that again! We didn’t wake up for easy.

Ready position, MOVE! On my up. We make it to 15 again. Who invented these holy smokes!!

10 second count from a pax, much needed. We leave the coupons off to the side to pick them up later. Let’s mosey south towards downtown.

Along route there’s a short bridge right behind Jakes Bagels HAULT! Lunge from start to end of bridge GO. A fw pax crush it and finish fast, while we wait we hydrate! lol SSH until the 6th is in. DONE. 

The mosey continues south on the trial towards downtown. We run until we get to the casino. All pax are in.

The next exercise is Wall Sits ~a minute and half. Recover! 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. The next exercise is Bobby Hurney’s (lmao) on my up LFG! We get to 10 DONE! Mosey directly across the street to look back where we just finished BH’s. Regroup, then you guessed it! Bobby Hurley’s on my up. 10 get done because wtf not!

Mosey off to a nearby staircase, line it up! Two pax run down and back up while the rest do squats until we all give the stairs a go. DONE. We gather up OYO mosey to the base of the bridge to pick up our coupons. Time is running out, we cross the bridge and head to the flags.

On your 6, the first exercise is American Hammers-40 IC. Q juiced kept me going.

The next exercise is Leg Lifts-20 IC. DONE.

The last exercise is American Hammers-20 IC.

6 o’clock RECOVER RECOVER.

Prayers for Abby during her time at the hospital. We send you all our love! Major tclaps to Sparkler for posting as often as he does. He stay as positive as he can during these times and is a true HIM for his will to continue to get after it. We pray that God will continue to fuel her heart to keep her strong! We pray that she will get through her rough time and will be stronger for it. I haven’t met her but wow! The sheer strength at 6 months is truly inspiring. We love you Abby and we hope a healthy and speedy recovery.

Naked Man Moleskin

Shout out to Boogie Nights for getting it this morning. He legit gave it all he had including his dinner! lol We kept pushing together. He ended up throwing up 3 time at different locations. Bob Ross said it was awesome he had never seen someone throw up 3 times lmao. He got through it and made it to cafeteria safely.

It’s nice seeing Sweeney Tod ITG again, we missed you brother. Keep pushing to be 100 again.
