Circle of Trust

As usual, I start with a message and then the message devolves into something else…

The “around the clock” workout was inspired by what we, as men, fathers, husbands, brothers and sons, always face – our “jobs” are never done. There is always something we have to deal with, and while completing our tasks, in any realm, we should work to accomplish the tasks necessary to improve as fathers, husbands, brothers and sons. We also need to remain focused on those self-improvement goals.

I mentioned that I am inspired by all the men of F3 who brave these winter conditions to get better together, and I know that without everyone else in F3 Naperville, I would not be out there myself.

Getting up and going to workout in these conditions is tough, no doubt. But, once we get out there, the cold goes away and we focus on the task at hand, or we get lost in the mumble chatter, or the music, or trying to catch our breath. While it sounds odd to outsiders, I think we would all agree that these are the things making the F3 experience that much more rewarding.

It has been almost 2 months since I last Q’d. Way too long. I enjoy leading a group of PAX, and I only want to make sure that I push the men that come out to my Q’s because you all sure as heck push me.

I don’t think you can get the full experience of F3 until you Q. If you have not done so, get on the Q sheet as @Wet Wipe frequently says. Your appreciation for F3 and the PAX, and your overall experience, will only be enhanced.

Thank you to @At At, @Cannoli and @Woodwind for joining me this morning. And, a special thanks to @Dumpster Fire for jumping in to handle site Q duties.

Have a great weekend!
