Introduction
F3 Disclaimer was read.
YHC announced the reason I pivoted from Bike Club to Ruck Club was due to PAX safety. There will be plenty of warm, dry days in the near future.
Warm-O-Rama
Once 5:15 struck I gave the PAX a quick intro of the direction we were going to travel, when we would turn around, & we also got a count to our Site Q (Columbus).
The Thang
We completed an out & back with either a weighted vest or a ruck. Most PAX partnered up and engaged in mumblechatter along the way. YHC rucked with Webelos, Oil Spill, Giggles, & Dr. Ralph.

Naked Man Moleskin
I am truly struggling emotionally with one topic in my life. An extended family member and I have an extremely strained relationship that goes back for years. When I describe strained relationship that is putting it mildly. There has been police involvement and court orders to settle disputes, so it is not your everyday struggles while dealing with family . Anyhow, this family member has entered palliative care due to a losing battle with cancer. I am not really struggling with our relationship status or lack thereof, but I am shocked that this family member is soon going to pass and we have not reconciled our differences. It just feels unsettled.
