The Thang
Thang 1 – Bone the Fish (with Burpees)
PAX split into 2 groups and ran the parking lot lines up, across, and back to a burpee at each point in the parking lot. We went left for about 40 yards, then back right for about 40 yards.

Thang 2 – Core Dora
Partner up.

- *Everything a 4 Count
- Partner 1 does these Core Exercises
- Partner 2 runs up the small hill, does 10 variety Merkins, runs back to repeat to finish

Thang 3 – Bataan Death Crawl – Bear Crawl
We Bear crawled the brush line int he dark field as the Blood Mood totally eclipsed our hearts for about 150 yards with burpees mixed in

Circle of Trust
I shared with the PAX how this blood moon symbolized a significant event in time to some. Today also happened to be election day. I encouraged the PAX to vote and shared a personal story on how a judge…with one sentence…drastically impacted my parenting time with my daughter in a not so positive way.
While it’s gotten better I still have to say goodbye to her every other Sunday night for the most part as part of the custody and parenting plan in place. And every time I say goodbye on Sunday’s, a tear wells up in my eye, sometimes more than others. This pain…it’s a form of my soul dying each time.
My point…
Elected officials can impact your life and they will impact other peoples lives. Some positive, some negative. This vote, is a privilege and it really matters man. It really fucking matters.
It can rip your heart out or it can place more love into someone else’s heart.
Educate yourself and vote to make a positive difference for all.
