One year ago I:
Was 22,000 dollars in CC debt
Was Up 30 lbs in 6 months (because I was Bulking) BS
Was Expecting a new baby and terrified
Had not made music for the joy of it in almost 3 years
Had not been to church without pay in over 10 years
And if asked I would tell you I was “doing great” “under control”
Something changed in me after that first workout. I realized that I had work to do. Every morning I would come out to get my tail handed to me. As I got my body and mind right I was able to start making better choices for myself and my family. Thanks to the support and push I get from this group…
I am now:
Debt free
A proud dad
A member of a worship band
An active member in church
Most importantly becoming wise enough to know that I have so much to learn
F3 is more than a workout. I have worked out at least 3 days a week for the past 6 years. However, I have never been more challenged, humbled, and empowered like I have this year. Thank you men for pushing me to grow and get right. Remember leave no man behind, but more importantly, leave no man where you found him.
