The Thang

Indian ruck to hill.  Position ourselves about 1/2 way up.

x10 ruck triceps extensions, go to bottom on hill, x10 1-arm curl to overhead press, back up hill.

repeat with reps x15 and x20.

Starting on path near base of hill, partner up.  One partner pulls hat down over eyes and rucks blindfolded to the top of the little hill on the path, with other partner guiding them with verbal directions.  At top of hill, switch, and ruck to the bridge.

Line up straight line side-by-side lunge walking, but working on some communication to stay in perfect line and not have anyone get ahead or behind.

At bridge, ruck on front and legs up on bridge rails — dips x25.

Ruck back to flags, going long way around by ballboy residence/pool/clubhouse

Circle of Trust

Three things were used today — hard work, trust, teamwork.

We all use these in different areas of our lives every day in different ways, and they are all important.  Exercising every morning is a way for me to start my day with hard work every day.  I have to work to get my students to trust me and work hard, even if they don’t understand what or why they do things.  I need to work as a team with my colleagues at school, and my wife and kids at home so we can all function together and do what we need to do.

Prayers of thanks for all the men showing up, and all the men at the other AO’s doing the exact same thing at the exact same time.  Continued prayers for Moonlight and Brooks and their families as they cope with grief and loss.

Naked Man Moleskin

Today was post #400 for me.  Pretty proud of that, always looking ahead to see who I can catch next.
