Ruck Club. Modified Location. Starting 5:15 AM from the Dunkin Donuts parking lot at 2035 S Washington.
No warm ups just rucking.
- Simple out and back. Headed North along the DuPage river.
- The Goal was to negative split the ruck. Increasing pace on the return trip.
- Made a great pace, and came back 5 min faster.
