Introduction
Ruck Club. Modified Location. Starting 5:15 AM from the Dunkin Donuts parking lot at 2035 S Washington.
Warm-O-Rama
No warm ups just rucking.
The Thang
- Simple out and back. Headed North along the DuPage river.
- The Goal was to negative split the ruck. Increasing pace on the return trip.
- Made a great pace, and came back 5 min faster.
Circle of Trust
The concept for today is balance and recovery. We all put in a hard week last week and were feeling the effects. It’s hard to admit that we can’t go 110% all the time. So find the balance between hard work and recovery.
