Introduction
For once the idea for today’s beatdown came to me before I even put myself on the Q sheet, so YHC was better rested than usual coming into the beatdown–which was good because I was pretty sure I was about to unleash a monster. Our Tri-County brothers and backstage were ready to go when I logged on, and the rest of the crew miraculously appeared at 0514. The time arrived and we were off.

I had planned some LBC, Shoulder Taps, and plank hydraulics to get us to 1100 total reps, but I guess we’ll have to settle for 500 swings, and 515 misc reps. for a total of 1015! Nice work gentlemen!
Circle of Trust
Like way too may coupon swings sometimes life can get a bit easier when you find your rhythm. Not easy, but maybe easier. But life likes to through us curve balls, break up that rhythm with other demands, and we’ve got to roll with events with grace and avoid the tunnel vision that can come when we become too focused on the task we currently have in hand. We’ve also got to take a moment to look to those on our right and left and remember that we are all struggling in this world together. Thank you to the brothers who got up this morning and embraced some suck with YHC, and go out and be a light to those you meet today. Aye!

Truth be told I wasn’t sure how this thang would go today. I knew I’d be pushed but I knew it would be easier with my F3 brothers along side me. It was awesome to be joined by Escalator from St. Louis, and Shamwow from Suncoast this morning, and always a pleasure to have our Tri-County brothers on the Zooms with us. Looking forward to that big bang launch on Saturday!
