There won’t be a Big Bang but there will be a BOMB. The numbers are aligned for YOU to be at TWO Wolves on the SECOND day of the month. NO Coupons needed. HC in the thread.
The Scene: Balmy 40’s. In typical fashion, YHC showed with about 5 minutes to spare to chalk out the workout before 5:15am.

Find a partner. One partner will start the exercise while the other runs up the stairs and down the path and around to then relieve their partner. YHC was partnered with Switch, who is a beast. I tried to do as much as him but he was flying through some of these exercises.

Squats x 200 – at this point it was 5:54 and I knew Switch would finish the squats, so when I returned I kept everyone at the bottom of the hill and we all did 10 S.A.S before moseying back to the flags for NOR.

Lord, thank you for bringing us out today to a beautiful morning in the gloom. Help these men keep the faith in their hearts, the clarity in their minds and the strength in their bodies. Protect all the men of F3, their families and all with whom they come in contact. Amen.

My takeaway from this passage is that you have to have a strong foundation in faith (whatever that may be for you) in order to weather the storms of any misfortune that may befall you or your family. That is why it is part of F3 and helps fuel the mission to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
