9 innings workout, different exercise on each base. 1st inning was 1 count, 2nd inning was 2 count…repeat through 9 innings.

Thang 2:
11’s between 1st base and right field foul pole. Shoulder press w/ coupon on one side, Big Boys on other side. Run in between.

Grabbed this Q spot on Friday morning because I saw it was open still. Did not start planning the workout until 9pm due to work…definitely the most last minute I have ever been. Usually start planning days ahead. Was worried it would not go as planned. Kept it simple but effective and timing worked out perfectly.
Really appreciate Trailer Park for the 6 and Ken Doll for jumping in to take over music after I forgot my speaker! Also shout out to Snorkel for taking me out in American Hammers Last Man Standing! He crushed it with 75!
