I pull one card perform exercise, run 400ish M, I choose a PAX to pull a card perform exercise on his counting preference run 400ish M, I choose a card perform exercise (rinse and repeat)
The cool thing about the deck is you can play however you wish. I promised the PAX little running yet didn’t think about what “little” running meant to me. I adapted quickly and changed it up a bit by interchanging that same lap with a much shorter bear crawl, crawl bear, and crab walk. One lap, one crawl ect.

A few weeks ago I felt Jesus challenged me to buy a Bears button-down for Nosejob. While browsing Facebook I noticed it was on sale. I thought about it for a minute or two and accepted his challenge. Call me crazy but that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
The original plan was to give it to him on the down low yet last week as I was looking over the Q sheet & guess which one was the only open one? Yup, this one. I had my plan yet God had his.
A few days later I read something that only confirmed my conviction. I was finishing up reading “Home Run” when I read “When we get off our donkeys and help. That gives God Glory!”

It was a pretty cool morning. Baby Hands initiated the EC crew (Cupcake, Rainman & myself) I made a joke on Strava that BH said I would pay for come Saturday. I told him I liked the pressure and he said I was crazy. I will never ask again if EC starts at 0445 or 0450. Thanks for holding that standard. The HC’s kept rolling in and I felt the pressure. Lot’s of HEAVY HITTERS in attendance. It was cool having a few newer PAX, they lucked out on me calling on them as I yet have memorized their name. Shoot I messed up calling Glass Joe, Nose Job. Glass Joe stayed hard though. He choose the hard way each time given the chance. One time it bit him in the rear but that’s whats cool about living on the edge, the view is better. Cupcake is smooth as butter. He’s set a high standard on consistent EC’s @ LP. Rainman couldn’t let us have all the fun. Chainlink IMHO is one of the hardest PAX we have. Urban Cowboy went ALL IN as he said he would. Callahan skipped golf so you know it’s a party. Nose Job excellent job on the SQ, reaching out the day before bringing me up to speed & making sure I didn’t need anything. Overthrow and Persian Kitten two of my favorite DT Boyz. Skilling came in hot yet ready to rumble. Big GONG two days in a row, felt like I hit the lotto. Twilight mashing it up preparing for the beatdown he dished today at La Luz (I had PAX calling me bragging about it). Dobach & Snake on a Plane I hope you payed attention, next time I’m calling on you. It was an honor paying DUES alongside you HIM’s. Thank you!
