Introduction
Come join your guy Fargo as he celebrates his 1 year anniversary! He was a sad clown but with everyone’s support he ran out of excuses and into your hearts!!
It’s a run club so we’re running but we will have some fun and will stay on the pavement.

Thang 1
Run to north end lot and loop the church parking lot. Do that and pick up six so we all end up there together on east end of church lot.
Thang 2
Teams of 4
While one runs lap holding baton
Others do:
Suicides on repeat
Repeat
Once lapper gets back the next one goes until team finishes. Remember your order of finish.
Thang 3
PAX vs Sad clowns tag (sharks vs minnows)
Top team get sticks (PAX)
Go to middle of parking lot.
Rest on one end of church lot (sad clowns)
PAX yell (come work out with me!!!)
Sad clowns sprint to the other end trying to avoid the tag. If tagged take some laps laps.
Repeat until we get all those sad clowns
Next team is now PAX

This past year for me has been transformative. Being more healthy is the obvious gain. But not so obvious is the community I’ve gained. Spanning from Naperville to crossroads, Oswego, Aurora. Hundreds of men I know are working to be better. Some I’ve only worked out with a couple times, some a hundred times. But I know they are all rooting for me as hard as I am rooting for them. It’s a crazy feeling and one I didn’t previously have, know I needed or want to lose now. So thank you for coming out and supporting me.
