Introduction
I had been planning a workout where the pax choose their workout based on the cards that they draw. Decided to call it fate because it is up to fate what workout you get.

The Thang
Draw a card. The suite will determine what the workout is:
Spade: Burpee Work
Club: Gun Work
Heart: Sprint Work
Diamond: Wall Work
I let the side Q Woodwind pick and he picked sprint work.
Thang 2:
Draw a card, then do that number of sets
Spade = Burpee
Heart = Merken
Diamond = big boy sit up
Club = jump squat
Jack = 15, Queen = 20, King = 30, Ace = 40
Joker = Sprint work

Very grateful and proud of these men. It seems like the fate was on their side as I haven’t seen that many 2’s, 3’s, and 4’s since last time I played Texas Hold em. I think the real challenge was waking up that early to put in the work. However, they all put in a lot of effort and I am happy I got the opportunity to work out with them. Nice and cool out.

Fate, some people say they are in control of their fate. However, I think the vast majority of our lives our outside of our control. The only things we can really control are our attitudes, actions, words. So much of our lives occurs outside of our control. Choose gratitude, patience, and love and you will see that you fate is so much more enjoyable.
Prayers for students and teachers going back to school with covid precautions, prayers for Pete going through pancreatic cancer. Prayers for each of these stand up guys who came out and really all of the men of F3. So glad to have inspirational people like yall in my life. God Bless!
