Introduction
Because of the great growth at The Complex, we were able to expand the offerings of the workouts to include a Run Club.

2 routes proposed to accommodate all paces. The paths were in pretty shape but still needed to be mindful of ice.
Circle of Trust
I spoke about how the Jesuit order had been all but disbanded in the late 18th century except for a small group in Russia. They were able to recover and grow.
We did that as well with F3 in relation to covid where we saw our participation numbers go down but have steadily grown. The Complex has seen great growth and as a result we were able to expand even more.
