Naked Man Moleskin

Saturday will be my 41st birthday. It doesn’t seem like a whole year has gone by since I turned 40. I also just recently had my 1.5 year anniversary at F3. In the past year I have seen a lot of positive change in the group.

The Ridge is relatively new and seems to have grown rapidly. There is good momentum here with several regular PAX. Make sure you keep it going.

I, meanwhile need to continue to work at affecting my own improvements. Losing weight is a typical motivator for many of us, but I have struggled with that over my tenure in the group. The likely culprit is food choices or diet. That will be a focus of mine in the new year and training for Ragnar should help as well.

I plan to keep on trucking and bettering myself. Do the same for yourself. Happy holidays and enjoy the time with your families these two weeks.
