Introduction
Thanks to the 11 HIMs and the 2.0 that joined for the run club. We warmed up, we ran and we even worked in the Protractor for Mary. Special props to @Skynet and @Elway for getting out of their comfort zone for a run. Back-to-back weeks of workouts for @Mayhem and @The Mullet that recently joined F3 in May and are well ahead of where I was shortly into my journey. Glad to see @Blart back to his old form looking fully recovered from surgery. I can’t forget @Subway @Cataracts @Dr. Dolittle @Elmer Fudd and @Ball Boy. It’s always great to see @Snorkle and Fruit Salad ITG with a pace half of mine.
